What can I return?
Due to the nature of hair extensions and for hygiene reasons, products may only be returned if there is an initial problem on product arrival, in which case none of the extensions should be used or tampered with. We do not accept returns for hair extensions which have already been opened.
Please note custom order's cannot be returned as each order is very unique and will not be resell-able.
How long do I have to return my product?
Our 7 day returns policy means that you have 7 days from the receipt of the original delivery. Unfortunately returns for non-faulty items cannot be accepted after 7 days have passed.
All return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any hair returned for an exchange, return postage costs must also be paid by the customer.
For international returns, we allow 14 days from the receipt of the original delivery.
How will I be reimbursed?
We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item. If the product is faulty we will also credit the amount of the postage or replace the item free of charge including postage costs.
If your hair extensions dry out it is because you have not followed our correct after care and/or have not used our shampoo and conditioner. We will not be held responsible on hair being damaged through the use of incorrect aftercare. Any hair that has been opened and worn cannot be returned. If your hair is damaged and your order has not included our shampoo and conditioner we will not look into it any further. If there is a fault with the hair all hair must be returned before a replacement can be issued.
If you are not a qualified and trained extensionist you should not purchase the hair as there will be no return policy. The hair is only to be fitted and purchased by extensionists who have qualified in this trade. Any returns will need proof of qualification.
Any recommendations made by the SJK Team in regards to colour matching, quantity required and most suitable method is only a guidance. We cannot guarantee that what we recommend will be suitable as all clients natural hair will vary.
ALL returns MUST be posted back using a tracked service. Any returns that fail to arrive will not be refunded or exchanged. We are not responsible for late/lost items in the post. Every parcel is signed for or tracked. You pick the postage option and you are responsible for claiming late/lost items.
We dispatch post Monday to Friday and all orders must be placed before 1pm for same day dispatch.
All next day post on a Friday will be dispatched using Royal Mail only as DHL do not deliver on a Saturday. There will be no post at all in Ireland on a Saturday. First class recorded post insures orders for £50 only. If postal information is supplied incorrectly by the customer i.e. address / postcode and the item goes missing we can not be held responsible or cover costs of the order / product.
SJK Hair Extensions Limited is not liable for any loss or damage arising out of circumstances beyond SJK's control and therefore cannot refund postage costs. This includes but is not limited to;
1. Any act or omission by a person not employed or contracted by SJK - e.g. Shipper, Receiver, third party, customs or other government official;
2. “Force Majeure” - e.g. earthquake, cyclone, storm, flood, fog, war, plane crash, embargo, riot, civil commotion, or industrial action.
All information entered into our site is processed in accordance with local law and is not sold to any third parties.
Payment - Any credit card details entered into our site are entered on a secure page and are transferred using SSL. By placing an order with us you are accepting all terms and conditions on our site including our refund and returns policy.
